Main Services Provided by the Directorate:-
- Providing services for preparing the annual and strategic plans of the office, monitoring performance
- Providing services for preparing, directing, and evaluating the performance of the office and work unit
- Providing services for preparing, directing, and presenting budget plans for discussion, including compiling and presenting resources
- Providing services for preparing the institution's plan and budget execution action plan
- Providing services for monitoring, evaluating, and implementing the institution's plan and budget execution
- Providing services for analyzing and reporting the approved budget for the institution to each directorate and department
- To provide a service of making the budget allocated to the office and approved, and implemented by each directorate transparent to the public
- To monitor the status and performance of budget utilization and provide feedback
- To provide a service of coordinating budget transfers and requests for additional budget approval
- Service of preparing performance reports promptly and delivering them to the relevant department
- Service of preparing criteria to assess the benefits achieved through plan implementation
