Main Services Provided by the Directorate:-
- Ensuring the organization’s employees are regularly evaluated based on the government-established performance appraisal system
- Providing services based on government employee guidelines and rules, including promotion, grade advancement, transfers, discipline, and grievance handling
- Establishing competent committees and ensuring they function effectively
- Providing training for newly recruited employees on government rules, regulations, and organizational responsibilities and expected outcomes
- Facilitating social accountability for government employees
- Providing various support letters and documentation
- Ensuring proper conditions for employees about to retire
- Updating human resource management guidelines as necessary and conducting new research
- Identifying and promoting good practices by appointing new effective procedures under the directorate
- Monitoring compliance and implementation of government employee laws, regulations, directives, circulars, and applicable guidelines
- Ensuring employees perform their duties without bias or omission
- Monitoring and maintaining employees’ personnel records in an organized and modernized manner
- Collecting, organizing, and completing human resource planning information systematically
