  • Ensuring the organization’s employees are regularly evaluated based on the government-established performance appraisal system
  • Providing services based on government employee guidelines and rules, including promotion, grade advancement, transfers, discipline, and grievance handling
  • Establishing competent committees and ensuring they function effectively
  • Providing training for newly recruited employees on government rules, regulations, and organizational responsibilities and expected outcomes
  • Facilitating social accountability for government employees
  • Providing various support letters and documentation
  • Ensuring proper conditions for employees about to retire
  • Updating human resource management guidelines as necessary and conducting new research
  • Identifying and promoting good practices by appointing new effective procedures under the directorate
  • Monitoring compliance and implementation of government employee laws, regulations, directives, circulars, and applicable guidelines
  • Ensuring employees perform their duties without bias or omission
  • Monitoring and maintaining employees’ personnel records in an organized and modernized manner
  • Collecting, organizing, and completing human resource planning information systematically
