- Providing project performance monitoring, evaluation, and feedback services for government development enterprises
- Organizing technology-supported performance and status information systems for government development enterprises
- Identifying, documenting, and sharing best practices of development enterprises
- Conducting cost-benefit analysis studies to ensure the effectiveness of development enterprises and proposing solutions
